Job Description:

The H2S Safety Supervisor will install breathing air, gas detection systems and provide safety supervision & training to production sites, drilling & service rigs throughout North Dakota. There is opportunity for Global Assignments and personal growth & development in the upstream, midstream and downstream petroleum industry. Field on the job training will be provided for this position after the initial four (4) day class room training is completed.

Must be available to work long hours (7-14) in the outdoor elements (snow, sleet, rain, heat, etc.)
Must be able to work unsupervised for long periods of time while also being a team player with the crews on site.
Must be able to problem solve, including identifying, assessing, and correcting problems.
Must be able to keep accurate documentation.
Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written).
Strong Interpersonal skills; must be a team player with an ability to work together with crews while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Must follow all safety practices, understanding and applying company and client policies and procedures; industry practices & fundamental OH&S regulation.

Must Have:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Oil & Gas back ground is preferred but if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn we are willing to help get your safety career started
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be comfortable driving on rough/poor roads (company vehicle).
Must be willing to attend a four (4) day unpaid training course provided by United. Once class room training is completed field on the job training is paid at full rate.
Must be able to pass a physical/fit test, pre-employment drug screen, alcohol test, and a background check; background must be clear for seven (7) years from the date of completion.
Candidates must be able to provide valid identification and a water, gas or electric bill that matches the address on their identification.
This is a full-time position with benefits (vacation, medical, dental, vision, short term, long term, AD&D, 401k).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
