Responsible for administrative support to the Branch Manager of Caregiver Homes South Bend, Indiana.
Caregiver Homes:
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager including letters, general communication and calendar scheduling
Assist with preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including database support
Assist with maintaining and organizing program files, policies and procedures.
Coordinate regional meetings
Prepare and send mailings
Purchase office supplies, furniture and equipment in accordance with budgetary guidelines
Provide back-up support
Responsible for the office day-to-day operations (such as coordination and communication with building security and management; distributing building access keys and back up to maintenance of office equipment)
Perform other duties as required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least two years of previous experience in a professional office environment
Skills/Knowledge Required
Computer literacy, specifically MS Office (Skills testing will be administered to candidates invited to interview.)
Excellent planning and organizational skills; good attention to detail
Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, Federal Express and UPS
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service skills (listening, problem-solving, communication, friendly, tactful, knowledgeable)
Ability to lift approximately 15 - 20 lbs

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
