Our client, located in South Bend, is looking for an A/P Accountant for approximately six (6) months.
The principal job activities:
Processing PO and non-PO vendor invoices
Tracking invoice approval to generate accurate AP accrual
Processing inter-company AP
Processing employee expense reports
Analysis of expense and research of vendor payments
The top skills/education/behaviors:
3
years AP experience
Accounts payable 3-way match principle
Knowledge & experience with GAAP
Proven ability to multi-task and reprioritize
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
