This is a unique opportunity where we are looking for a blend of technical skills and someone that can be customer facing and travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements: 3 years related customer service experience required (Past customer service, technical support, personal customer contact position and customer advocacy). The candidate must have working knowledge in small to medium scale systems implementations. VAX/IP/FTP/MS-DOS/ Microsoft .NET/ SQL and MySQL database/ HTML/ XML would be ideal, but not all required. Working Knowledge of MS Networking. Advance Troubleshooting Skills and Customer Service. Experience in handling escalated customer support calls. Outstanding presentation and training skills. Be available for 24x7 on call rotation (usually one week a month). The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
