This is our direct-client opening for a SQL BI Developer/Analyst located in Woodinville, WA. This is a 3
month contract and our client is only interested in candidates local to the Seattle, WA area.
The BI Developer/Analyst is responsible for reviewing, developing and improving existing information and analytic systems infrastructure used by the Business Intelligence Group, and for developing new systems as needed.
Responsibilities:
Navigate and operate critical databases utilizing the Microsoft BI stack; find and improve efficiencies in current tools and systems; develop new tools when appropriate; provide analytics support, work with the BI group and IS to develop new reports.
60% - Streamline or develop new analytics tools; automate processes; develop reports
25% - Provide analytics support to the Business Intelligence team
10% - Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications
5% - Develop and apply statistical models as needed
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science or related field
5 years experience managing critical databases; understanding of core systems, applications, and relational data sources
5 years experience using BI reporting tools including MS Office, PowerPivot including MDX or DAX, Cognos 10; TSQL (to include creating and maintaining stored procedures)

Years with .Net Technologies
5
Years Experience with the MS BI stack - SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
Managed File Transfer; Advanced Analytics, Reporting Services experience preferred
Expert level MSO automation experience (VBA) and Office certification required
Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work autonomously toward objectives
Excellent math skills; good organizational/prioritizing skills
Excellent customer service skills including providing analytics troubleshooting and supportEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
