The Client Engagement Partner is an integral part of the full life cycle of a client engagement from proposal through final deliverables and solution adoption. You will provide oversight during deployments to mitigate project risk, manage project financials and engage with customers at a strategic level.
Client Engagement Partners build leadership skills by taking ownership of the project lifecycle to keep one eye on the big picture and the other on the details. You will provide strategic leadership for the team and ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget, harnessing the team's diversity to ensure the development of creative solutions to complex problems. You will give your team members formal and informal feedback and encourage them as they continue to develop their skills.
Clients will start to seek your advice on business issues that extend beyond the immediate scope of your project work, and you will play a significant role in defining their strategic agenda. You will learn that you need to delegate and trust others, bringing out the best in your team members and all you interact with. Your bond with your team and your clients will go beyond projects or simple tasks, as they look to you for advice, leadership, and guidance.
A key and essential part of this role is to lead the client through the adoption phase of the project lifecycle. As project is closed from an accounting and deliverable standpoint, the remaining focus is directed toward end user adoption of the technology and solution. The Client Engagement Partner will lead the client through this critical phase of the project.
Act as a strategic leader and advisor to deliver value and ensure the highest level of satisfaction
Actively listen and interpret the needs of clients to formulate appropriate recommendations and identify new areas in which Atrion can provide value-add services
Develop presentations and proposals that address client requirements and objectives with recommendations
Perform the facilitation of business requirements and solution definition
Present recommendations to client and actively manage client response to hone recommendations into viable solutions
Manage the project planning and performance tracking thru the lifecycle of the engagement
Ensure delivery of scoped deliverables meet quality and time expectations
Strong negotiation, decision making, problem solving, data analysis skills, influencing skills and communication skills.
Well balanced understanding of business relationships, business requirements, data requirements, IT requirements, and technical solutions.
Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, writing skills, and solid experience in writing requirements.
Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure adoption and value proposition attainment
Become a trusted advisor to create unbreakable relationships
Support Project Management's governance of projects and client deliverables, and manage the client to the scope of work or change order
Perform in a leadership role individually and as a team in the development and maintenance of PMO tools, templates, and Atrion PMO best practices
Lead PMO initiatives and provide guidance to Client Engagement Managers and Client Engagement Associates in addition to managing Client projects
Strong working knowledge of project management fundamentals

years of experience in managing mid to large engagements across infrastructure project lifecycles and service delivery lines
4
years of engagement or account management experience in Consultative Relationship Management
Comprehension of People, Process and Technology frameworks to deliver client recommendations
Strong persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to step in and make things happen
Experience developing and presenting proposals that reflect and address client requirements and business objectives
Experience working with and presenting to CxO, Director and VP level clients
Experience demonstrating Professional Services and Technology Solutions to potential and existing clients
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
B.A, B.S. and/or 8
years of industry Project Management experience
PMP Certification/CBAP Certification/Lean/Six Sigma
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
Knowledge of Cisco Products and Services
Familiarity with Atrion's Technical Foundation Areas
