The HUMINT Targeting Officer - Mid-Level will provide identification of all related intelligence requirements for assigned issues, as well as perform all-source research, develop collection strategies, data-mining, link analysis and social network analysis in order to identify targets, produce Target Profiles, baseline the target with all-source intelligence information, identify strategies and produce statements to drive HUMINT Operations Follow-on support is expected, to include RFI's supporting validation efforts.

Position Requirements
4-6 years of intelligence targeting experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence targeting experience
Proficiency with the use of Palantir
Proficiency conducting Geo Metadata Analysis
Proficiency conducting Pattern of Life (POL) Analysis
Proficiency with ArcGIS or Google Earth
Must have excellent verbal communication skills for briefings and presentations
Highly Desired: specialized training in one of the following: Graduate of Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), another - - DoD HUMINT Targeting Course, or another Intelligence Community member's accredited HUMINT Targeting Course
Education Requirements
BA/MA preferred.
Security Clearance Requirement
Must have TS/SCI eligibility and a current CI poly.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
