The Data / Project Analyst will be responsible for creating and preparing monthly and quarterly reports specific to individual customer requirements. The Project Analyst will provide detailed data analysis and trending for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as but not limited to: network and device availability, total tickets by customer, Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Notify (MTTN), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Through analysis of data, identify potential chronic problems and capacity related issues. Job duties include:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
