Produce machined parts from prints, sketches and verbal instructions that meet specifications. Proficiently use a Haas CNC lathe and other manual lathes to produce parts. Independently and efficiently program CNC lathes using MasterCam or G-Code.
Machine parts to close tolerance dimensions.
Set-up and operate CNC lathes, manual lathes and use a variety of hand tools.
Rotate through a variety of machining processes, performing all types of tasks in a team environment.
Perform all continuous improvement activities.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned, including but not limited to performing assembly, deburing, housekeeping tasks required to keep the work area safe, clean and organized.
Operate all tool room equipment without causing personal injury, or damage to equipment or product.
Function effectively in a team environment.
Perform the job tasks at the assigned shift time.
Work Environment: Machine Shop.
Must have the following in order to apply:
High School Diploma/GED.
5 years of experience with CNC lathes in a production environment is required.
MasterCam Lathe and manual lathe skills required.
Must have CNC G-code programming abilities.
Must have working knowledge of materials to include steel, aluminum, plastic, and other composites.
Must be able to hold tolerances of .001.
Must have previous experience fabricating parts from sketches drawings and verbal instructions.
Must follow verbal and written instructions and correspond in English.
Must have demonstrated ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of cutting tools.
Must be able to perform basic metrology requirements.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
Must be able to work scheduled overtime.
Ability to use steel rules, micrometers, vernier calipers, dial calipers, dial test indicators, and calculators required.
Preferred Skills: Previous experience with the Kaizen methodology of continuous improvement is preferred. Ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing is a plus.
Hours: Day Shift. Work Schedule varies. 40 hours per week.
Pay: DOE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
