There will two (2) positions filled with this vacancy. Both positions are located within the Intermountain Region on the Payette National Forest. One of the positions will be located on the Weiser Ranger District in Weiser, Idaho, and the other position will be located on the Krassell Ranger District in McCall, Idaho. The incumbent of these positions serves as fire operations specialist in support of District/Zone fire management programs. The primary mission of these positions is to serve as a technical specialist in the area of fire suppression and fire leadership in support of the unit's initial attack fire suppression effort.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
