The Product Delivery manager will oversee the operation of the Product Delivery team and ensure it aligns with the business objectives of the organization. This individual''s principal goals are to direct and manage the resources for Systems Analysis and Quality Analysis. This team is responsible for documenting user stories and manages the back log of an agile team as well as Quality Assurance and QA automation for all software releases. The Product delivery staff will prioritize enhancements and changes to application in coordination with Product Management, Engineering and Operations staff. The Product Delivery manager will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
Manage and direct Systems Analyst staff to play product owner role on agile teams including story writing and prioritization of backlog
Manage and direct Quality Analysis staff to complete testing of application releases
Review and prioritize system changes in coordination with Product Management
Plan content and timing of software releases in coordination with Release management, Product Management, Engineering, Operations and implementation staff
Complete resource planning and agile team allocation to meet Company objectives
Manage personnel development including annual reviews and bonus allocation for staff
Manage department budget in coordination with finance and IT budget requirements

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
5
years relevant management experience
5
years Business Systems Analysis, Quality Analysis, Release Management and Project Management experience
Experience with agile scrum methodology with a clear understanding of Product owner and QA roles
Experience with EDI applications
Advanced desk top usage skills (business and technical applications)
Preferred:
IT Experience in health-care related field
Experience with standard transactions sets (NCPDP, ANSI or Telecom)
