JOB PURPOSE:
Every day there are thousands of transactions that take place in SAP that are regulated by ATF and SOX. The accuracy of this data is critical to allow the company to stay in business. The majority of these transactions are the result of shipping and receiving activities. The Logistics Compliance Coordinator purpose is to monitor the shipping and receiving area for compliance with ATF and SOX. Their goal is to continuously work to identify and solve problems to ensure 100% compliance with ATF and SOX.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
Ensure that the shipping and receiving areas are complying with all ATF and SOX regulations through daily monitoring.
Be the primary contact for the logistics team when any ATF related issues arise and document on the ATF tracking report.
Communicate any situation that falls under the Escalation Procedure.
Ensure that all short and long term action items on ATF and SOX issues are completed in a timely manner.
Support Shipping and Receiving Cell Coordinators in problem solving any issues that require a deep dive investigation to determine root cause.
Work closely with Compliance and Internal Audit to resolve any findings.
Take independent action and has a personal drive to solve compliance issue.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED - Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum requirement 2-4 years' experience working in a position that required strong problem solving skills
Experience in shipping and receiving preferred
Experience with ATF and SOX preferred
Has demonstrated project management experience in developing and executing a project plan
Has continuous improvement background and demonstrated knowledge through implementation
Has a strong technical background that allows the candidate to evaluate SAP transactions and suggest improvements to ensure compliance
