The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-lifecycle recruitment process and activities for high-volume roles. This position will partner closely with both internal clients and the external candidate population. The Recruiter will provide a consultative recruitment approach; driving consistent communication with hiring teams, providing market analysis, execute creative sourcing techniques, facilitating candidate assessment, and other talent related activities.
Develop candidate slates to present to Hiring Managers and work as liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resources (HR) partners through the full cycle recruiting process. Influence and guide the interview, offer & hiring process.
Build and maintain proactive partnerships with all internal and external client groups in order to understand the business needs, staffing needs and issues, and offer solutions through creative and effective sourcing resources and tools.
Builds talent pipelines for immediate and proactive needs within the business.
Develops and executes recruitment methods to proactively search for a diverse pool of candidates using various recruiting methods to include, networking/relationship building, social networking sites, and internet.
Provides frequent communication to Hiring Managers and provides consultative perspective on talent.
Serves as the subject matter expert in the recruiting function and shares best practices; research industry trends, creative sourcing techniques and how best to integrate these into the Omnicare process.
Develops and maintains key networks to assist in recruitment strategies and partnerships; generates and maintains a consistent network and pipeline of talent.
Responsible for the positive representation of Omnicare's internal and external employment brand.
Understands and adheres to government compliance regulations as it relates to the employment process.
Minimum (Required):
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2-5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or with a Recruiting agency
Demonstrated experience in regional, multi-unit recruiting
Strong command of innovative sourcing strategies, including the use of internet search tools and techniques
Self-motivated and results driven with the ability to influence others
Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships
Ability to deliver a consistent, quality customer service experience
Flexible, honest and collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to operate in a changing and fast-paced environment
Strong candidate assessment/interview skills
Ability to prioritize work based on business demands
Detail and metric-driven to achieve established goals
Self-confident, self-motivated and highly-organized with sense of personal accountability
Ability to deal with ever-changing organizational situations and anticipate/forecast customer demand across the business
Knowledge and experience in recruitment concepts, practice and procedures

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
