The Principal Organizational Advancement/HR Analyst for the Timken, Keene, NH site will be challenged with the following:
POSITIVE ASSOCIATE RELATIONS - as an associate advocate and business partner, communicate frequently with associate groups through multiple channels, conduct workplace investigations identifying root cause. Manage and track associate relations issues and provide coaching, counseling, disciplinary process guidance. Assist in development and implementation of OA policies and procedures. Administer compensation programs. Support and promote safety strategy.
TALENT ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT - Ensure recruitment and onboarding of top talent into the organization and provide a positive candidate experience during internal and external recruiting efforts. Support diversity strategy with actions. Conduct interviews and testing of applicants and participate in the continuous improvement of recruitment process with OA team. Lead organizational development and change management within groups. Support training strategy and develop and facilite OA training topics.
TALENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS (TMP) - Participate in Timken''s TMP and performance evaluation processes, provide guidance to managers and associates regarding the completion of goal-setting, competency development plans, performance documentation, and career/leadership development plans.
ASSOCIATE ENGAGEMENT - Participate in and lead initiatives to increase associate involvement such as associate teams, events, associate satisfaction surveys, and feedback/suggestion programs. Participate and lead community support & wellness initiatives.
OA SYSTEMS & PROCESSES - Employ Lean and continuous improvement concepts to recommend and implement enhancements to OA systems and processes, eliminating waste and adding value. Develop standard work. Utilize HR data & metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain current knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, sharing knowledge amongst team.
REQUIRED:
Bachelor''s Degree: Business, HR or related field; 7-10 years of HR Generalist, recruitment
Technical/Functional Skills: strong communication skills and customer service orientation - verbal & written , experience supporting both non-exempt & exempt associates, focus on associate relations , highly organized and process-oriented , Strong PC skills (MS Office & use of HRIS applications) , analytical , ability to operate with high amount of confidentiality & professionalism , project management experience PREFERED: MASTER: Business, HR or related field

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
