Job Description:
Washington Trust is seeking a skilled individual to assist our technical services department based in Westerly, RI. This position will be responsible for providing end user support for PC hardware and applications, Laser Printers and Local Area Network connectivity.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Technology or appropriate experience preferred
Working knowledge and background in Windows PC and Server OS
Printer troubleshooting and network configuration
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with end users
Proficient troubleshooting and problem solving ability
Flexibility to travel to various office and branch locations as required
