Lancaster, PA Area Eyeglass / Optical Sales. We are currently looking to fill One Part Time and One Full Time Position in our busy Lancaster, PA Location.
Our busy eye care office is currently looking for an optical sales associate. Position involves helping patients select eyewear, placing orders for eyeglasses, dispensing and adjusting new glasses, assisting with inventory, and other optical duties. Ideal candidates would be fashion-conscious, good at sales and enjoy working with people. Experience in the optical field is preferred but will train someone with strong sales and customer service skills.
We are looking for individuals that want to make sure our customers have the best experience in thier search for new glasses and contacts lenses. Our Sales Associates are directly responsible for providing customers with exceptional service and driving sales to meet company goals and objectives. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented with an ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires teamwork and provides a great opportunity to join a growing and successful company.
Previous Optical experience preferred, but not required
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to present and sell eyeglass features and specialty lenses
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to learn and apply optical knowledge
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to transcribe words and numbers and use a computer
Must be able to work and interact effectively within a very fast paced store environment, adhering to and promoting all store policies, procedures, and regulations.
Health Benefits and Personal Time off offered after the first 90 days of Successfull Employment.
Full Time Employees, No Sunday hours and No Late Night Hours.
Part time employees will have flexible hours. Morning, Afternoon and Early Evenings. No Sunday hours.
