Springdale Job Corps Center is seeking 2 highly-motivated, sales-oriented, student-focused Employment Specialists to join the team of our successful education and training program. One position is located in Troutdale Oregon and one is in Northwest Portland. Develop students' technical and social skills and support students' workforce competitiveness by creating and overseeing trade-related internships, matching students to industry career pathways, and promoting student success in short and long term job retention and earnings. Able to work independently and collaboratively, have outstanding communication skills, and exercise date integrity at all time.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or counseling, or 4 years experience working with youth required. Qualified candidate will have one year experience in sales, marketing, or counseling related services in direct placement or job development. Must have strong computer skills. Valid driver's license in state of residence with acceptable driving record.
