This is a full time position with the hours of 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Under the direction of the Community Manager or his/her designated supervisor, the Concierge is responsible for providing superior customer service to our residents which allows us to deliver on the Company's resident commitments of exceptional move-in, total satisfaction, express service and personal attention. By exemplifying professionalism and superior customer service skills, the Concierge provides each person who walks into the community with a sense of Equity Residential's brand promise, How Home Should Feel. The Concierge plays a vital role in helping the Company establish customer loyalty, which leads to resident retention. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer a minimum of one-year customer service and/or hospitality experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
