Primary
Responsibilities:
Qualifies and consults with customer about services offered. Inquiries are received as inbound telephone calls, or email.
Outbound telephone contacts occur subsequent to the initial inquiry.
Uses consultative communication skills to assess the clients needs and help them determine the best fit.
Educates the client on the relevant features of a specific plan and explains all required elements of the plan, eligibility and rates.
Schedules appointments and assists in training new advisors.
No experience is required but sales, customer service, marketing/advertising and general office experience is helpful. We will fully train the right candidate. All we expect is a serious commitment, positive attitude and the ability to accept instructions.
