Description: Our client, a large pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a RESEARCH SCIENTIST.
Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of the drug discovery process and independence in experimental/assay design, data analysis and problem solving.
- Working knowledge and experience with a wide range of technical skills relevant to the specific biology field.
- Experience meeting project goals and timelines. Good analytical and communication skills are essential to document and interpret experimental data and write reports.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment is also desirable.
- BS or MS Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related field. BS with 5
years experience or MS with 0-2 years experience required.
Additional Skills:
We are seeking a highly motivated team player for temporary support within the Cellular Systems Group. This individual will be help in the development of cell lines and routine cell culture in support of multiple R&D functions such as high-throughput screening, ADME/Tox profiling assays, SAR, and other program needs.
- Hands-on expertise with mammalian cell culture, cell line development, transient transfection protocols, and basic molecular biology techniques such as RNA and DNA isolation, western blotting, and qPCR are required.
- Demonstrated skill and aptitude for operation and maintenance of lab equipment is a significant plus.
- Individual must have superior organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative core cell culture environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
