For this niche Insurance firm located near La Habra, CA, you will be part of a team of Business Systems Analysts supporting a variety of key stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Working with your users to define business rules, write business requirements documents and then translate into systems design for technical team.
You will be working on a variety of applications from claims through financial systems through call center support systems and web-based/e-commerce applications. As this is a dynamic environment your ability to multitask and work in a collaborative team environment is crucial.
Responsible for running project meetings, coordinating UAT, training and documentation. The projects will be a mix of new development, maintenance and major enhancements. You will be supported by a strong applications programming and QA team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3-5 Years of Business Systems Analysis experience
Knowledge of and design/upgrade of web-based applications (prefer JAVA and .NET) - E-Commerce application design ++
Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology having used it Agile for several projects (of special interest if team used sprints as part of design process)
Hands-on experience with structured methodology doing business requirements definitions, creating specifications for technical team, UAT etc.
Ability to write concise user documentation.
Ability to perform as project lead on small to intermediate size projects
Knowledge of SalesForce.com ++
Excellent written and oral communication
Excels at working in a collaborative environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
