Responsibilities include designing, interfacing and communicating concepts with solid modeling and designing layouts for existing and new products in development; communicating and coordinating with sales managers and customers on product technical issues; and overseeing performance, quality and costs associated with design engineering projects.
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or related field with a preference for experience in product design in the agricultural field. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as project management and leadership skills are required. Must be able to travel up to15% of the time, with the possibility of some international travel.
