Responsibilities:
This position leads the development and oversight of the execution of social media and digital initiatives for Elanco, including the development and management of social media outlets, tracking influence measurements, ensuring consistency of messages across these outlets, the creation and supervision of high-profile channel accounts and the interactive integration into the overall market access strategy. This position will be responsible for defining and executing specific social media strategies which may include cultivate new voice and communities to drive action. This individual will be technical, digital savvy, creative, with strong writing skills and able to manage and understand metrics to drive outcomes.
Creation of holistic, market access oriented social media strategies based on audience research and media monitoring
Development of messages, core content, define action opportunities, copywriting and testing
Measure social media performance, identify key levers for improvement, including the design and analysis of relevant reports
Coordinate with web analyst and community manager the development and execution of social media plans
Continuous monitoring of competitive landscape
Responsible for the oversight of daily posts/tweets to all applicable Elanco social media outlets
Lead customer and employee training on proven digital communications strategies and tactics
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism or videography
3 years of writing/managing social media outlets for a political campaign, non-profit organization or corporation
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
MBA with emphasis in marketing or international relations
Strong writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills on short deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once, from assignment to delivery
Strong expertise in Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube among others
Expertise in social media content management systems (Hoot Suite, Exact Target Social Engage, Sprout Social)
Experience in producing video and video-campaigns (through agencies or otherwise)
Experience with SEO (search engine optimization and SEM (search engine marketing) strategies
Understanding of Google analytics and podcasting platforms
Lead and manage a social media vendor relationship
Ability to work well with a variety of departments and individuals
Experience at researching new channels for relevance/trend identification
Experience at maintenance posting schedules
Strong sense and understanding of cultural differences in countries and regions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
