## Description
JOB SUMMARY Provide complex service for Charter Business customers enterprise wide, supporting post-sale activities including configuration requirements for complex voice services, and tasks ranging from order validation, billing system access and entry, customer scheduling, order monitoring/escalation, and order corrections.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Communicate with customers and PBX/IT vendors directly to understand prospective customers' current network situations, perform needs analyses to produce voice service configuration for complex services such as PRI and SIP trunk.
Be an ongoing resource for customer, PBX/IT vendors and internal groups during the installation process to ensure timely resolution to challenges that can delay install
Reviewing orders submitted by various Sales Channels prior to Order entry to ensure a valid and complete contract is present for activation.
Entering validated rate and service codes and any additional installation supporting information into the
CSG billing system for proper facilitation of orders by Technical Operations.
Contacting all customers to validate services and confirm scheduled installation date.
Proper escalation of open Work Order issues to KMA Operations and Dispatch.
Proper management and fulfillment of cancelled and rescheduled Work Order/Job activity from Dispatch teams.
Proper management and correction of erred Telephone Orders in billing systems
Maintain current knowledge of industry and emerging technology trends within the telecommunications industry
Perform other duties as requested
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A. Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Proficient in PBX and telephone system installation and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge in TDM services including T1/E1, T3/E3, OCx circuits
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
Ability to prioritize, organize effectively and handle multiple projects and tasks.
Ability to effectively present and explain technical solutions to customers and sales staff
Knowledge of cable television products and services.
B. Education (level and type) Associates degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related equivalent work experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS Office environment
Core office hours, flexible work schedule may be required.
