Bachelor''s degree in a related field required. Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in data analysis and statistics. Experience in the health care industry is preferred. Project management and Six Sigma certifications preferred. Must have strong analytical skills. Must have experience defining and generating metrics from data reports and the ability to model processes using statistical tools to find root causes and establish effective strategies to sustain improvements. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation and project management skills. Must be analytical and have excellent computer skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
