Description:
Position will coordinate activities related to the areas of responsibilities noted below and will collaborate within a stakeholder engagement team in the development and implementation of ConocoPhillips's stakeholder relations objectives and plans for the asset area.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist Stakeholder Relations in the coordination of efforts to develop the company's position on community relationships and stakeholder engagement in the asset area.
Assure relevant stakeholder engagement initiatives within realm of responsibility are monitored and communicated to the Stakeholder Relations Manager
Create networks within the stakeholder engagement arena to help in the development of advocacy strategies
Attend meetings throughout key counties within the asset area to develop contacts at the local and regional levels and participate in community consultation opportunities
Establish new, and enhance existing, relationships with our competitor and service company communities to develop industry messaging and communication
Establish relationships with local and regional recreational and environmental organizations (NGOs)
Work with L48 Communications to craft and deliver credible and consistent messaging to stakeholders within the key counties of the asset area
Assist Government Affairs in campaign involvement and grass-roots efforts
Assist in the development of stakeholder performance metrics; Monitor metrics and provide results to Stakeholder Relations group for tracking and addressing
Participate with the Stakeholder Relations Team in training and education that supports stakeholder engagement as a key component of operations
Identify opportunities to use new technology, methods and procedures to improve stakeholder engagement.
Advise internal teams on stakeholder engagement opportunities
Qualifications:
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related degree
1 year of experience working with community groups, political organizations, and/or non-government organizations (internal and external experience will be considered)
Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
Preferred:
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to lead/influence key organizations
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive relations with BU personnel, external stakeholders and internal business partners
Ability to problem solve; Experienced in issues of conflict management and resolution

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
