Inbound Call Center Rep needed for business in Lexington!! Temp to hire opportunity. These Customer Service Rep's are responsible for providing exceptional customer service in an inbound call center setting. Daily duties include inputting orders into the system and resolving any order and or customer issues and complaints to insure consistent customer satisfaction. The pay is $11 hr. Training hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. After training, the shift will be 1pm-10pm or 12pm-9pm 4 days during Mon-Fri and 9am-6pm on Sat's. Must be available for either of those shifts!!
Must have 2 years of previous customer service experience.
