Quantem Aviation Services is responsible for the loading/unloading of UPS Aircraft at SBN.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Duties and responsibilities can change based on need
o Ensures a safe work environment by following all QAS and UPS rules, regulations and procedures regarding the work place
o Gathers and stages all necessary equipment for load/unload of aircraft
o Marshals inbound aircraft into ramp area of assigned gate
o Unloads cargo and mail from aircraft
o Delivers loaded package containers using tugs to building and transitions containers to static racks for unload
o Pushes back outbound aircraft out of the gate area
o Actively participates in FOD removal/prevention in airport operations areas
o Remove cargo containers from trailers to load onto aircraft or other trucks
o Properly stores all equipment at the end of operationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
