BASIC FUNCTION: To manage a function or department or a process within TVH after completion of Training and Development Program
RESPONSIBILITIES/
Qualifications:
A Master's Degree from an accredited college
Exposure to several facets of TVH business operations through job assignments to various departments in the organization, including exposure to TVH - Belgium
Willing to work in a variety of job assignments to learn processes
Will report to an Executive for guidance and assignments
Will use analytical and critical thinking skills to apply to assigned duties
Will be exposed to leadership development programs and training
Must have at least 2 years of business experience
Prefer someone with an undergraduate degree in technology, engineering or business
Able to obtain a passport to travel outside the United States
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Excellent verbal and written skills is required
Seeking a self-starter and someone who can work independently without close supervision
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
To be eligible for a posted position, you must meet the minimum hiring specifications for the position, be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, be an employee in good standing in terms of your overall work records and generally have been in your current position for a minimum of six months.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
