Business Analyst w/ Sharepoint

Must be close to senior level - the client is asking for 7 years of experience - no candidate with less than 6 years will be considered
They will be involved in a full cycle development project
Some Agile but more of a Waterfall environment
SHAREPOINT exp is 1st priority
This will close to consideration on Monday March, 31 at noon MST.
To qualify, candidates must have:
o A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
o 7 to 10 years in a corporate IT environment.
o 5 to 10 years experience in business analysis or related technical field (application development, deployment/ implementation and infrastructure).
o Work experience in a professional services industry, strongly preferred.
o Demonstrated business analysis experience with personal accountability for delivering and managing requirements to time and cost for projects typically up to $5m in value and 12 to 18 months in duration.
o Demonstrated experience writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional/system level requirements.
o Comfortable dealing with senior customer staff, stakeholders, developers and architects during facilitated sessions and during the development lifecycle.
o Adept at getting sign off of business (functional and supplemental) requirements from user community.
o Experience in selecting and executing elicitation techniques such as Interviews, Exploratory Prototypes, Facilitated Workshops, Focus Groups, Observation, User Task Analysis, Documentation Study and Surveys and overall Process Reengineering.
o Development and deployment experience of formal business analysis methods and tools to govern and control programs.
o Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder Categories, Actor Tables, Glossary, Context Diagram, Data Model, Class Model, Data Dictionary, Event Response Tables, State Diagrams, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Process Maps, Use Cases, and Activity Diagrams.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
