GENERAL PURPOSE
The Director of Facilities Plant Operations provides direct leadership and supervision of the Yale Facilities Operations organizational units that are responsible for the physical appearance and the daily operation of Yale's buildings which includes the physical plant trade services; i.e., Controls, Electrical, Plumbing, Planned Maintenance, and Structural Trades (carpentry, roofing, sheet metal and glazing) in addition to Fire Code Compliance Services and the Customer Service Center. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Operations, the Director is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to the University community by establishing service levels within budgetary constraints; establishing service level agreements with departmental customers; developing procedures and processes to ensure compliance with these service agreements and creating an organizational culture that embraces continual improvement as well as personal accountability at all levels.
As a member of senior leadership within the Facilities Department, the Director shall work cooperatively and effectively with the leadership of other Facilities organizational units such as Project Management, the unit responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing capital renovation projects within all University buildings. The Director will also have collaborative input with Facilities Services providing strategic advice to theEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
