JOB DESCRIPTION
Serves as the department leader and manages the enrollment functions of a campus in order meet and exceed business objectives. Directs the daily operations of the enrollment office, ensuring that staffing, training and compliance meet company and regulatory standards. Assures that enrollment specialists are appropriately utilizing the Student Commitment Process to enroll prepared and committed students that persist in school in pursuit of their career choice.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Directly observes and coaches enrollment specialists to ensure a positive candidate experience.
o Inspires, motivates and leads the enrollment team to successful outcomes.
o Hires, trains and develops staff ensuring appropriate application of the Ten Step Student Commitment Process.
o Regularly interviews and identifies qualified prospective enrollment specialists to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
o Ensures company information systems are accurate and updated according to company policies and procedures.
o Ensures school personnel follow all regulatory and company compliance regulations and takes appropriate action when necessary.
o Works productively with all campus employees and departments to ensure a positive learning environment.
o Serves as a member of the campus leadership team and a positive role model for all campus levelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
