Loman Auto Sales & Service is currently looking for High Energy Internet Coordinators to
generate appointments from internet leads for our very successful dealership.
We get up to 2500 HOT LEADS EVERY MONTH. NO COLD CALLING (No direct customer contact
involved other than phone and email)
You will receive training on our process and scripts.
Requirements:
Great Attitude and Customer service skills
Call Center experience helpful
Basic Computer skills needed
Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Able to work 40 hour work weeks
Able to handle a high volume of calls while providing quality service to each caller
Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to
Making at least 120 outbound calls
Assisting customers in setting appointments to visit the dealership
Calling/emailing existing prospects to follow up with their inquiries
Inputting information daily
Keeping track of your calls, emails, and appointments
