Seeking Bilingual Occupational Therapists:
English / Spanish
English /Russian
English / Chinese
Duties Include:
Evaluate Home Care recipients and develop a therapy plan that will meet their needs.
Select therapy activities to fit Home Care recipients' needs and capabilities.
Monitor Home Care recipients' performance in therapy activities, providing encouragement.
Observe/ Assess the Home Care recipients and prepare detailed progress reports.
Documents visitations & interactions with Home Care recipients.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Requirements Include:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Valid NYS Occupational Therapist license
CHHA experience Preferred
Reliable transportation required
