Position Description:
AMTIS, Inc. has an immediate opening for a candidate who has experience working with the US Army's TRADOC 350-70 guidance documentation to develop curriculum.
Job Tasks:
Apply the Analyze/Design/Develop/Implement/Evaluate (ADDIE) Model to develop training products.
Define instruction, learning, or performance objectives.
Facilitate Subject Matter Experts input and/or conduct other research to develop instructional content.
Analyze training requirements and recommend instructional methods.
Create instructional aids for stand-alone or instructor led classroom or online use.
Develop instructional materials such as lesson plans, handouts, or examinations.
Provide analytical support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, or courseware standards.
Job Requirements:
Master's Degree and 3-5 years of experience with the ADDIE Model and knowledge of the principles of adult learning experience.
2-3 years DOD experience preferred.
Experience with TRADOC 350-70 preferred.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Must possess current SECRET Clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
