Associate General Counsel - Litigation Support Group
The candidate will work with associates in the litigation support group and information systems division, outside counsel, legal vendors, and other stakeholders in connection with the development, implementation, and management of projects and initiatives focused on company's e-discovery efforts. An emphasis on efficient and defensible e-discovery practices will be the focus of the position. Will participate in e-discovery technology initiatives, evaluate services of existing vendors, vet new technology for e-discovery and records management for the legal department, and manage preferred vendor relationships, compile metrics regarding costs and spending and budget projections for e-discovery services. Work with in-house attorneys and paralegals and outside counsel in all aspects of e-discovery, including scoping initial litigation holds, identifying locations of relevant data, coordinating collection of data, and collaborating with vendors, and driving cost management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
