An Ellington, CT / Cleveland, Ohio company is seeking a Maintenance Manager who has knowledge with plant operations to involve electrical, filling and packaging equipment, PLC's, air and piping, refrigeration and other support equipment.
Requirements:
BSME or related engineering field
3-5 years management experience
Familiar and or proficient with Inventory software, Project management software, MP2 (Maintenance Software), Excel, Word
Key
Responsibilities:
Schedules repairs, maintenance, installation of machines, tools, and equipment
Coordinates activities of maintenance personnel.
Develops preventive maintenance programs
Reviews new product plans and discusses equipment needs and modifications with design engineers.
Prepares department budget and monitors expenditure of funds in budget.
Plans develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
Salary Range: $ OPEN $
