Senior Counsel
The candidate will handle and manage complex PL litigation and high profile class action litigation. Defend AHM and affiliate companies in complex PL litigation and class action litigation. Provide legal services and advice to clients. Special projects and proactive training. Should have J.D. from an ABA accredited law school. California State Bar admittance is required. Must have 8 years of major law firm and/or similar in-house experience with primary emphasis in class action and complex business litigation. Extensive, hands-on litigation experience is required. Should have high level of experience in evaluating and handling class action and complex litigation from inception through trial. Product liability experience wil be helpful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
