The candidate provides counsel and advice to internal clients across the country. Investigates and responds to employment disputes. Effectively manages outside counsel and open litigation matters. Assists in developing compliance and training tools for Human Resources and line management. Reviews and drafts company policy. Monitors and anticipates trends in employment law and ensure compliance. Practice preventative law to reduce employment litigation. Supports other initiatives as maybe requested by the Vice President, Employment Law.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
