The candidate should have a four-year degree from an accredited college or university, a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program, and 3
years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm and successful handling of all aspects of real estate sales, acquisitions, loans, and leasing transactions, including: drafting closing documents and settlement statements on behalf of lenders, sellers, and purchasers, reviewing title and survey, reviewing and plotting legal descriptions, preparing and filing UCC financing statements and amendments, ordering, analyzing, and tracking lien searches, researching real property tax and ownership information, addressing issues pertaining to corporate and partnership authority, attending closings, funding transactions through trust accounts, and managing post-closing.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
