The candidate will help manage firm?s global trademark portfolio, including conducting U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, conflicts and licensing work in-house, providing counseling to internal clients regarding trademark, copyright and domain name issues, and reviewing and preparing trademark licenses and other agreements. Will be responsible for conducting this work in-house, so direct experience with global trademark portfolio management, trademark counseling, and trademark licensing is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
