Experience:
--JD
--Admitted to the New York Bar
--Between 7-10 years experience as a tax attorney.
--Significant experience in commercial and corporate tax matters.
--Portable book of business would be a plus.
--Masters in tax a plus but not a requirement for consideration for the position.
