Corporate Counsel Project FinanceInfrastructure Investment
The candidate will support the origination and ongoing legal administration of project finance, infrastructure, equipment leasing and tax credit investment transactions. Will work frequently on regulatory and compliance matters affecting the investment portfolios, as well as special projects arising out of Company-wide activities, particularly M&A and capital raising transactions, as well as third-party asset management. Provide legal advice, and conduct legal review and negotiation of commercial terms, in connection with the origination of project finance, infrastructure, equipment leasing and tax credit investment transactions. Provide legal advice in the on-going administration of the foregoing investment transactions. Counsel on regulatory and compliance matters related to the investment portfolios of the enterprise. Support special projects, such as new investment initiatives and enterprise activities such as M&A and capital raising transactions, as wella s third-party asset management.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
