Patent Prosecution Legal Secretary
The candidate must have 3-5 years of legal secretarial experience, patent prosecution experience preferred, to include: knowledge of USPTO procedures, experience in preparing and filing U.S. patent applications; drafting amendments and responses to the USPTO; and managing patent daily dockets. Experience with foreign filings a plus. Proficiency in MS Word and 65 wpm typing speed a must.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
