Responsibilities: Will handle corporate compliance Organization to provide trade control legal advice to all company's business units in the U.S. and across the globe. Will be responsible for providing export control legal advice on compliance with U.S. and International trade compliance regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Federal Trade Regulations (FTR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions regulations, E.U. Export Control Regulations (EC 428/2009), and the import and export regulations of various other jurisdictions. Assigning Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) to IT and telecommunications hardware and software. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing trade compliance contract language for vendor, supplier, strategic partner, government customer, and civilian enterprise customer agreements. Regularly engage with customers and partners to ensure company's trade compliance objectives are met in agreements. Advocating for company's positions with trade compliance regulators in the U.S. and other jurisdictions. Developing trade compliance policies, procedures, and processes in conjunction with import/export compliance and logistics teams. Performing international trade compliance due diligence review on potential acquisitions. Developing and presenting export control and trade compliance training for company's global operations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
