Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will be the main point of contact for all day-to-day legal matters. Majority of work will be transactional in nature including working with the Sales and Business Development teams to structure, draft and negotiate agreements. Provide legal counsel on a wide range of issues including privacy, employment law, litigation and intellectual property. Support all internal business groups including Finance and Human Resources. Responsible for corporate agreements and documents. Must have a J.D. degree with 6-8 years of legal experience. In-house experience at an Internet, adtech, online advertising or technology company required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
