Tracking timesheets/billing with Quickbooks
Processing payrolls
Keep track of and bill all fulfilled jobs
Process credit requests and W-9s
Handle the sales and use taxes in numerous states
Handle the end of month close
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (2007) is required
A proven record of success in previous accounting roles
Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
Meticulous attention to detail
