Purpose:
Experienced reward analyst role with a strong acumen for analysis and reward information management.
Responsible for the administration of the company annual short term incentive plan (SIRP)
Supporting the European GEO Reward lead for the implementation of compensation and benefit practices
Globally manage reward information and communication processes
Key
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of the SITA short term incentive plan (SIRP) including:
Support to Policy review, documentation and communication
Responsible for objectives data readiness: ensuring objectives are set and measurable, following up with managers as appropriate to ensure the plan is correctly implemented
Audit and report on objectives quantitative and qualitative status
Produce qualitative trends and results analysis to measure the impact and effectiveness of SITA short term incentive plan across functions and professions
Preparation and audit of payment file and financial reporting and liaison with auditors
Develop processes and tools to support of aspect of SIRP payment implementation for SITA globally, including exception management
Support the achievement validation and calculation of Corporate Objectives and Senior Leadership team members
Global Reward Data processes, communication and management reporting:
Manage the information shared on our Internet/Intranet platforms relating to Reward across the general
Business, Managers and HR teams, ensuring it is being presented effectively, accurately and up to date
Monitor and report on global compensation administration to ensure compliance with corporate policies and implement corrective measure
Work with the HRIM team for the development and testing of a global SIRP payment validation and processing tool (functional expertise), representing the requirement of Reward team and pro-actively managing the relationship
Reward Team scorecard producer
SharePoint Owner- Communication coordinator
Coordinate response to Audit requests
Work closely with the finance team providing input to the budget planning process on HR cost assumptions and evolution
Recommend and implement improvement projects for compensation and benefits data management, tracking and reporting
Provide analytical reporting of remuneration data to ensure effective management planning and decision making globally
Evaluate the effectiveness of reward policies through analytics and benchmark research
Manages all purchasing requests and tracking against budget for the Reward Team globally
EUROPE:
Coordinate the review and analysis of Social Charges across the region on an annual basis, providing advice and guidance to local HR operation teams in developing accurate and complete submissions
Provision of regional market information, through participation in salary and benefit surveys, supplier relationships and networking to maintain SITA's competitiveness in our respective markets
Regularly carry out Job evaluation using the Hay Methodology and market pricing for requested jobs and ensure all new roles are in line with SITA's career framework
Support the benchmarking of regional and local Remuneration policy, including carrying out analysis to support the definition of appropriate market positioning of SITA's pay and benefit programs and maintenance of grade structure
Contribute to the development and documentation of pay lines and compensation reference tools
AMERICAS:
Provision of regional market information, through participation in salary and benefit surveys, supplier relationships and networking to maintain SITA's competitiveness in our respective markets
Education &
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Professional certification in international/global compensation and benefits preferred
Membership of appropriate professional body
Experience:
3-5 years of related compensation experience preferably in an international, corporate environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
HR Management experience in all aspects of the function, especially Compensation and Benefits practices including; market analysis, job evaluation
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and produce trends and management reporting
Good communications and cross cultural interpersonal skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong financial acumen
Strong project coordination skills
Strong systems orientation and technical acumen
Excellent attention to detail

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
