The Associate General Counsel, Senior Director of Development will have primary responsibility for all legal matters relating to the Organization's Development Division, with particular focus on providing expert gift planning advice for donors, including tax, trusts and estate planning. The AGC, Senior Director will also take the lead in directing the organization's planned giving program, managing the Associate Director of Planned Giving and being an integral member of the Principal Gifts team. Reporting jointly to the Chief Development Officer and General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel will be responsible for assisting the General Counsel in carrying out the duties and functions of the Office of the General Counsel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
