We're working on a Controller/Operations Director search for a destination vineyard client located in Southwest Virginia. Successful candidates will have a solid accounting background and an understanding of budgeting and forecasting. The incumbent will also be involved with shipping compliance and grapes procurement (contracts and purchases).
Reporting to the General Manager, the role focuses on helping drive the client's aggressive growth plans on both the beverage and hospitality sides of the business. BS in Accounting required and experience in the hospitality and/or food beverage industry preferred. Knowledge of the wine industry a strong plus.
